Returns & Quarantees

Manufactures, offer guarantee for their products, which covers some parts of them. The warranty does not cover damages or failures that have caused because of bad use of the products and in particular from misuse.
Warranty terms do not apply if products are repaired, damaged or altered.

Warranty applies from the delivery date of the product. Purchase date must be prooved by sales receipt or purchase invoice.Return of the defective products must be accompanied necessarily with a copy of the receipt or invoice.
Delivery will be done at the following address :22,Kallirois street, Neos Kosmos.
Our company reserves the right to repair the defective product without a cost. Partial or total change, is permitted.
Repairs will be done within a specified time after assessment of damage and written or telephone information from us, otherwise the customer has the right to change the product.


Product return

Our clients reserve the right to return products purchased, without being obliged to disclose the reason for wishing to return the products, within 7 days from receiving date.

Returns are allowed only if the items to be returned are in the same condition in which they have been received, i.e without being unseald or the package is violated, along with the receipt or invoice.

After agreement, the customer sends the package at the following address : 22,Kallirois street, Neos Kosmos and we send the money back.
For the return of the products and according to the way you'd chosen to pay the order as well as the delivery method of its return, money return will be completed within 7-10 working days from the date we received the products back.

To avoid your own trouble, it would be good to check the condition of the products and their packaging intact carefully at the time of delivery in order to detect any visible defects (for example, broken goods, wrong item etc)
If the returned goods are damaged or used, our company reserves the right to refuse the return.

If the customer needs to change a product and get the same one in another size, the return cost to our company as well as the cost to deliver the product again to the customer, will be paid by the customer.

Non receipt of order

If for any reason the customer doesn't receive the order from courier, the goods return to our company.
If within 1 month, the customer doesn't request the re-send of order, our company reserves the right to deny the return of money and product to the customer.
If at the above time (1 month), the customer asks new shipping of his order, he pays the delivery cost.

Order Cancellation

This possibility is offered by the time our company will inform about the order shipping. After that time, cancellation can't be accepted.
